This pepper is so delicious to taste and smell! Nothing is worse than stale pepper. I vacuum seal into smaller bags for freshness. Nice large kernels that are so fragrant and tasty, this is definitely quality and quantity. This large bulk bag was a great value for my money!

I like them

I have several peppercorn grinders in my kitchen. I use a lot of black pepper. I buy in bulk and when I get the peppercorns, I dry them a little more and then store in canning jars. They store well even for several years. That extra drying prevents mold and such. So far, no problems even with peppercorns that are stored for a few years. These taste really good. They also grind well in all my grinders, even little battery powered ones. I can't think of anything bad to say. They just real good peppercorns with a awesome flavor.

Excellent smell and great flavor! It's a bit spicier and more fragrant than what I'm used to and I love it! I have been wanting to find a good restaurant quality pepper and this is a good one! I threw out what was left of my store-bought black pepper.

It is similar to what I have been looking for...special spice and scent. It isn't like other ordinary pepper that we get with the mill. Maybe this harvest was a good batch so I cant say it will be same quality spice for all. I really what I received. Have divided it with my other places where I have temporary homes.
