Received it today. The outer cardboard package was intact but the jar lid was dented in 2 places and loosened, with the content leaking. I have eaten zacusca before. This product smelled ok but from food safety point of view I am concerned about eating it. Please verify the lids are secured before shipping. Please replace product or refund.

Not quite like the classic Zacusca recipe that I remember from my childhood; this seems to have way too much onion and less of the other ingredients; the texture of this Zacusca is different than what it should be; it seems to have been turned into a smooth paste in a blender; the real Zacusca is a bit more chunky in texture and more delicious.

I very much enjoy the taste of this product.

I loved this! I was so good I wiped the last of it with bread from the jar and ate the whole thing in 2 days! I recommend it to anyone who wants a yummy spread, if you are vegan or if you are European! So good, you will buy it by the case! first time I ordered this the bottles were beautifully wrapped and the product was amazing - ordered it again and the same care was not used in the packing process. This is what I got. So sad - I loved this product and now I will not order again.
