I love that it logs data to the EKM Push Device
I have used it on voltages from 120vac to 460vac. All the data reported check out with what I measured with other devices and/or calculated. I love that it logs data to the EKM Push Device. I did have to purchase the CT's and Push Service separately to make the system complete. I am very impressed with this meter and the it has collected has been very beneficial to my business.

customer service is atrocious
Being a licensed plumbing contractor I went to the website to obtain information to professionally install their submeters purchased by one of my customers. For several months after that I was deluged with multiple daily emails designed to get my attention. There was no way to unsubscribe. When I finally reached out to customer service to ask them to stop the emails I was accused of spamming them! If customer service is that rude I will never do business and encourage everyone who reads this to be cautious as well.

Great company
I have ordered several meters from this company, always shipped quickly and professionally. The last order I put in, I forgot the DIN rail, so ordered it seperately and was willing to pay the shipping on both orders. Guess what, I get an email of a credit for the shipping for the second order! Long story short, this is an upstanding company that is honest and sells a great product. Thank you EKM

If you want a good deal on a meter that is not so sensitive ...
One star because Amazon doesn't have zero stars. We are extemely unhappy with EKM. After six months, two EKM meters we sent for repair were returned unrepaired and EKM made no attempt to fix them. They said they were water damaged even though we put them in the so called "waterproof" enclosures we bought from them. If you want a good deal on a meter that is not so sensitive to water damage go to [...] and get some fully waterproof meters that are a fraction of the price. They'll never break down and you'll spend at 25% of what it costs to get a fragile EKM meter that the company refuses to repair.
