I WILL NOT purchase again.
Bag was dirty on arrival and information on bag states "Assorted shapes and sizes." Per the description, balloons should be 12in and NOT "Assorted shapes and sizes." In addition, the bag mentions that these balloons are "irregular" If I didn't really need this color for an event this weekend I would send these balloons back. I'm not impressed with the presentation and description of these balloons. I will not purchase again.

Tiffany colored balloons
I loved the color of the balloon. It matched my tiffany themed event perfectly.I did not like the fact that it was very hard to tie off the balloon when blown.

Very old and covered in rust like dirt.
The pack of balloons I received looked very old. A Lot of the balloons were fused together. The scary part was, the was lots and lots of rust type dust on the balloons. I will never order from this vendor.
