Excellent product. Small and lightweight. Solid storage box. Much easier to use than upper arm cuffs. Wrist cuff fits very well on variety of adult wrist sizes. Batteries easy to change. Highly recommend. Good price.

Changed to wrist as upper arms too fiddly by myself. So much easier. You have to remember to position your elbow so wrist is same level as heart. Do 3 readings. Download app on your phone and it send your details via blue tooth and you get reading for day wee months 6 months and year. And heart beat it’s useful when you have to keep checking and to show your doctor. The battery seem to last longer than the upper arm one. It comes with compact case. Good quality and for me is accurate enough but then I would not be running to gp to keep checking the reading is correct every day. BUT I do take with me when I have appointment and we check with both wrist and docs own! That the readings are correct. Very easy to use!

Looks cheap, feels cheap, but it has accurate reading on consecutive repetive checks. Keeps memory, when you sinc it with iPhone later. In the past I had Braun iCheck 7 Wrist, it looked premium but it was very innacurate. Never going to buy a Braun product in the future, they make good designs, but innacurate tools.

Nice, comfortable and not too loud. Sounds a little as if it's struggling when the load goes on as it pumps up pressure. My last blood pressure reader had a memory. This doesn't. So a couple of months of readings were lost by the time I got around to installing and setting up the app. One star off for that. Update Another gotcha: it insist on two measurements within 10 minutes, otherwise the single measurements are discarded and lost. Is it that inaccurate that this is justified? BP changes that much that any single reading is only an indicator. Seriously unimpressed. Losing another star for that. Update July 2025 Can export pdf of data or email it. But it's well hidden and the official documentation says it's in a share icon in history. That doesn't exist. But the curved arrow, top right does allow it.

I have an Omron X7 Smart already, great BP machine but it’s a faff to get out and use four times a day. This little machine is really quick and easy by comparison. I’m also getting very similar results when testing side by side with the X7 so assuming they both work correctly I’m getting accurate blood pressure readings from both. Fits really easily to my wrist, just sit at the kitchen table with my hand elevated slightly and takes about 30 seconds to get a reading. At £30 I’m very impressed. My X7 is now somewhat redundant. It’s also really small and comes with a neat little storage box!

Possiedo il misuratore RS3 da un anno. Sono soddisfattissimo e vi spiego perché. Precisione: l'ho confrontato in almeno tre occasioni con un misuratore a mercurio che possiedo, scostamenti non oltre il 4%. Comodità d'uso rispetto: ad un comune misuratore elettronico con fascia al braccio, tempo necessario meno della metà. Ulteriore riduzione se si confronta con un misuratore con necessità di collegamento all'alimentatore esterno (se consuma troppe batterie). Questo RS3 funziona a lungo anche con batterie ricaricabili NiMH. Non si devono trascrivere le misurazioni in quanto viene tutto archiviato via bluetooth sul telefonino, a volte dopo 10 sec. a volte dopo 15 m. ma non si perde nulla. Possono essere aggiunte note esempio: mi gira la testa, sono accaldato, e si ritroveranno a video nell'app. ma anche nel resoconto esportabile. L'apparecchio è predisposto per l'uso da parte di un solo utente, tuttavia in famiglia si può rimediare inserendo il nome di chi lo sta usando nelle annotazioni, lo ritroveremo poi anche esportato. I dati esportati sono inseriti, anche per il modello base, in un report ricco di pagine e grafici nel formato pdf, mentre per il formato excel si tratta di una semplice tabella comprendente tutto e anche modificabile, archiviabile secondo esigenze. ACQUISTATELO vi indurrà a misurare spesso per la sua comodità.

Très bien, je l'utilise partout, le bracelet est par contre très peu puissant il faut tenir le poignet quand on prend la tension. Mais l'application fonctionne très bien et c'est facile d'utilisation. J'aime bien le fait de pouvoir télécharger un suivi ainsi que de pouvoir noter la prise de médicaments. Il manque juste de pouvoir noter des symptômes comme nous pouvions le faire auparavant. Cette fonction était très utile.
