Good size, good construction, good design.
This is one of the few bags that matches the size guidelines for an airline "personal item" carry-on. Actually, it is slightly too big, but if it is not stuffed full, and is therefore compressible, it can meets the requirements. I personally don't need ALL those extra straps, buckles, and so on. I removed as many as I could (without cutting anything), and tucked-in ends where I could, both to save space and for simplicity. The construction seems quite sturdy, and the pocket sizes and organization are good for my needs, one for cell phones (I carry two on my international trips), one for my my personal items and pens, one for my eye cover, neck pillow, noise-cancelling headphones, and electronic whatnot (chargers, cables), and one for a light jacket, a few clothes, and my documents (passport, boarding passes, itinerary) folder and wallet. The "military" look is acceptable to be.

not bad
It would probably work fine for it's intended use, but I got it for a gym bag and the large compartment doesn't hold much beyond my shoes. So I run out of room for gym clothes and a sweatshirt real fast. It's got clips and do-dads all over the place so you can hang random stuff from the outside. Definetly looks Tacti-cool.

Very small bag
Bag is much,much smaller than I expected. Quality seems very good. We will see how it holds up in time. Not sure it will work for me. I was hoping for something to hold a weeks worth of clothes.
