Great value for the money except...
This is a great buy, the only reason I took a star off was because the smell was too strong when I first opened it. I almost returned it. Decided to give it some time to breathe, a day later the smell is 98% (according to my sense of smell, which seems to be better than most) is gone.

Great Material Quality
I really like the quality of the leather used for the desk pad. I can fit everything I need on top of it and my mouse works very smoothly on it. Very nice addition to my office space.

Surface is too soft
I've had this product for over three months, and am not impressed with it! Because the surface is so soft or spongy, it is hard to pick up papers. When writing on it, you have to be careful or you'll pierce the paper while writing. Looks nice, but that's the only positive comment I can make about it!I do not recommend this product.

Excellent for $20!
Needed a simple dresser mat for my daily stuff and wanted something a little more durable but not out-of-place and I'm happy it matches my desk too and works well for as a mouse-pad on flat surface.
