Ellie Shoes Women's Knee High Fashion Boot

I bought these for a cosplay and after looking at other reviews about the calf area being super small I went a size up. I’m normally a size 8 in shoes, and sometimes a 7.5 in heels and wedges, so I definitely was hesitant to go a size up to 9 but i’m so glad i did. they were a little bit big in the toe, but they fit the calf area. Amazing. Just in the snug enough that they won’t fall down my calfs. I haven’t worn the full cosplay yet, but just with normal clothes they look amazing. The material is more of a latex, flashy color. They are great for costumes and I definitely recommend this product to anyone for anything. I’m not the best and walking with heels, but the wedge is big enough that it’s not really a big problem. Just be careful walking in them haha

These boots are SO FUN! I bought them for an Elvis costume. They were PERFECT. Got so many compliments. Great for all day wear, especially while on the move for Halloween. Definitely more costume like than for my everyday wear but they did their job and I’m sure to pull them out every year. They clean up nicely when scuffed or dirty. Perfect white boots!

Great fit and stylish! Love how they look! Would have been nice to know they were gently used and should have been sold as “used” not “new!” Otherwise they are awesome!

Needed gold boots to complete the Foxy Cleopatra look from the Austin Powers movie. The gold boots had a price point of $50 and some odd dollars, and these white boots were only twenty-something, but on the lower end. I ordered the white boots and applied adhesive and then gold foil sheets to get the gold boots to match the costume. They turned out quite well considering it was a rushed task, plus I knew the boots would barely be seen due to the costumes' wide-legged bottoms. They were a hit, and she received compliments from everyone. Gold remained on the boots after applying the varnish. The bare and partially covered spots are due to my application process, lacking the desire or need to reach perfection with this task. Boots fit true-to-size; delivered a comfortable fit to a young foot under 20 years old; zip closure; just a side note—don't apply adhesive to the zipper if you plan to change the color with foil sheets, it will create some problems. I colored the white zipper in with a gold marker the best I could. It didn't fully cover it, but it wasn't as prominent as it was all white before the marker.

It’s terribly disappointing when most shoe companies discontinue making’ your’ shoe size (US 10.5) and over time I’ve just learned that it is better to measure according to the EU sizing guide, rather than US, because for some reason, there is no standard. The gold are a little more “yellow” than the image, but as of right now I’m enjoying lounging in my house getting a feel for them. They fit really nicely, but due to the material, they squeak if the boots rub against each other. They did not work with what I bought them for, but they’re super cute and feel pretty sturdy in the foot and flexible in the ankle/leg.

I purchased these for a 70’s event I have to attend. I was unsure what size to purchase because I wear either a 71/2 or 8 so I ordered the 8. They are a tad big, should have ordered the size down, but they will work. I want to get inserts for them as they are not comfortable. I hoping some gel inserts will help. I also find them very hard to walk in, which surprised me since they have a wide heel. Thankfully they fit my calves. The soles of the boots are black. The black shows a bit more then I wanted for the 70’s look, but again they will do. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money for one event, so you get what you pay for. The short time I had them on to make sure they fit, my legs felt hot. Definitely not a breathable fabric. All that being said, they look good enough for what I need them for. I would rather have been able to look for these in a store. My advice, maybe spend a bit more for something better.
