How long should these socks last? I bought them fir my dad a year ago. He barely wears them as ge doesn't go anywhere. 2 pairs have a hole in them.

I bought 6 pairs of these to use weekly at 16 hours a day they lasted about 9-10 months. Then began to get holes and the odor came back.

They definitely ain’t a winter sock but they are extremely comfortable and they are highly recommended

Sizing is confusing for this product. How do customers order Large - not small-medium?

I'm not sure, I have a size 10 foot, and the " small/medium fit well. I found some copperfit Sox that do offer different sizes. Try adding in " large copper fit Sox" in your search...thats how I found them in different size...good luck.

Is this item made in the USA?

I highly doubt it as there is no indication where it has been made, either in raw materials or where it was assembled. That said, the moisture-wicking and anti-odor chemistry work well, The only downside is that they have a tendency to creep down the ankle.
