I rarely give product reviews but this does what it says on the can (well, plastic container!). One blocked kitchen sink, several shop bought products that failed, and then this. First dose didn't work too well probably as I only left it a few hours, but the second dose overnight did the trick. 100% success, and I have ordered a further lot to deal with my bathroom sink which never clears completely. Update will follow on that. Of most use is to have 2 lots of the chemical, so that you don't have to go out again and buy more. It is a bit pricey, but a plumber is quite a lot more. And if it works...….enough said.

This product did not work to unblock my toilet of baby wipes put down by my son. Having said that, I am not dissatisfied with the product itself. It claims to be odourless and pretty much is. The instructions for use are very clear. It makes no promises of clearing baby wipe blockage. It clearly worked on all the other matter that was blocking the toilet alongside the wipes, turning it all to a slurry that would have easily flushed if it weren't for those pesky wipes. I cant fault this product, its price, its promises or its packaging. Would recommend as long as the blockage you are dealing with is one that it says it can handle. (As it happens, I used a toilet auger to clear the blockage in the end, just in case the reader needs a sense of closure about my particular problem)

Hey Guys, After reading all the review, bought this product on a prime delivery. It didn’t work in my case. Product mentioned 1 portion to the clogged sink, I used one complete portion left it for 4 hours, poured hot water, it didn’t removes the kitchen clog. Water is still stagnant . I used another portion and left it overnight, it didn’t solve either. I have mailed the product support team, haven’t got any response back. What I got from this, this is not magic tool, which solves all the clog! Got to find route cause before using the product, I know its pain, but thats the right way! No shortcuts, if it doesn’t help always! I have spent 15£, which went in drain! Personal experience! Thanks.

Didn’t work for us not to say it won’t for you. We ended up pulling out a huge hair clump out with a drain snake. Giving 4 stars however, as customer service was impeccable. Contacted green gobbler in the US via website and they honoured their money back guarantee no quibble. Refund was super fast, as was their communication. Worth a try and I assume it would work in most situations. I think our blockage was quite far down the pipe and they may have another product for that.

The product is OK, I say that because when using it in a toilet you would be better if the S/Bend water could be shyphoned off before using it, as the water dilutes it's power, well that's my opinion, it is a bit on the expensive side as well.

We have a toilet that occasionally has some draining problems and we are not sure why. Anyway we used this product as the instruction state and the toilet drained as expected after each use. We selected this product as it does not use harsh chemicals and is safe for septic use. This product is highly recommended if you have a drain or toilet that has some drainage issues.

This product worked amazingly for my needs! I purchased this item in 2020 for a slow draining bathroom sink and shower in an older home (circa 1960s). I only used ½ the recommended amount and let sit over night before flushing with very hot water. My drains functioned great for more than 1 year before I needed to reapply! Sadly, I am out of my supply and did not think to repurchase a few bottles immediately after. Now the price has been raised from €18 to €115, which is clearly unreasonable. If you can find at a reasonable price, I strongly recommend this product. In the meantime I have contacted the manufacturer directly to see if they can ship to Germany for a reasonable price, as I would prefer not to use items in the drain that are not eco friendly.

I just went through it on amazon. It was attractive. It was very effective and clean. No harmful odor or fumes. It worked pefectly.

This worked GREAT on our bathroom sink, which has drained slowly for years. I didn't want to use regular drain cleaners as I heard they could damage the pipes, so every few months I would pour baking soda and vinegar in the sink, and it would drain better for a while. Finally that trick stopped working, so I searched YouTube for how to manually clean a sink drain. It seemed straightforward enough, since I was pretty sure our drain issue was a standard p-trap clog, but as you can imagine it never seemed like a great time to take the sink apart. So back to the internet I went, looking for alternative drain cleaners. I ended up buying two enzyme cleaners, Green Gobbler and SoFresh. SoFresh arrived first, so I used it as directed, three treatments out of the recommended five, before the Green Gobbler arrived. SoFresh definitely improved the situation and the sink was draining faster already. But I'd read great things about the Green Gobbler, so I poured half the bottle in the sink and waited 24 hours (it was only one treatment, so it seemed like nothing compared to the other cleaner). The instructions said to run hot water for five minutes afterwards, and I thought, well I won't be able to do that because the sink will fill up. And indeed, although the sink showed further improvement and drained even faster than before, it still filled up. So I ran hot water until it filled, let it drain, and ran hot water again. After three minutes of this, there was a glugging sound and the water suddenly rushed down the drain! The sink drains normally now, with water running down the drain as fast as it comes out of the tap, for the first time since we moved in! Now, to be fair, we didn't have a complete clog, just a slow drain. But it was an increasingly annoying slow drain, and I'm sure the sink would eventually have stopped draining at all. For the low cost of $20, a day without using the sink, and a few minutes of running water, this process could not have been easier or cheaper. I'm recommending Green Gobbler to everyone. (Also, since Amazon is asking me how it smells and how thick it is: it smells very neutral, like... nothing. The sink also smells neutral, as a sink should. The Green Gobbler is thicker than the SoFresh I tried, but the bottle says it's the density of the liquid that matters, not the thickness, because it sinks to the bottom of standing water to work at the source of the problem. So I wasn't judging it based on viscosity, just effectiveness. It was VERY effective.)
