Loving yourself thin
This book gave lots of good tips and meal ideas for losing weight. As I am still in the process of using this book, I have lost a few pounds but am still continuing.The book is clearly marked in sectionsIt is easy to follow and written in easy to understand terms.I would encourage others if they want to lose weight to buy this book.

Gave Me Insight To My Own Weight Issues
I started reading this book and almost put it down because it was telling me things I already knew about myself. But I read on and realized that I didn't have to live like that and I found reading this book I needed to start loving myself enough to change my nasty food addictions. I would recommend this book to anyone who yo yo diets. Learn to feed yourself LOVE first, then you can become aware of what you are doing to yourself when you down 1/2 a chocolate cake. You will find other things to do to continue the self love.

Not worth the money or time
This book is silly, short, and a waste of time. In a nutshell, eat less, excessive more. Not that I expected a total transformation in a book, but wasn't inspiring at all.

MD Recommended
This book was recommended to me by my doctor's office. I have lost and gained about 80 pounds (mostly gained) in the last 5 years and my Primary Care doctor recommended that before I went on any other diet that I read this book. This is not a diet book per se but it is a book that will make any diet that you begin, more successful. Before you can lose weight for good you need to know the baggage that you carry regarding your eating habits. You may not think that you carry baggage but if you have been on a diet seesaw, then you do. Read this book before you begin on any diet. I have now lost 13 pounds and I attribute it partially to reading this book and understanding the reasons why my previous diets have failed.

Weight Loss For Life and Happiness
This book is like the book Your Money or Your Life but for weight loss. In the book Your Money and Your Life, the authors describe the emotional relationships that we have with money and how those emotions get in the way when it comes to saving and spending money. This book explains and details how your emotions about eating and weight loss get in the way of your eating habits and your success or failure with diet programs. This book is clearly written and powerful. If you have, like I have, a complicated relationship with food and weight loss (or even if you have just tried to lose weight and have failed), read this book.

I LOVE THIS BOOK!
"Finally, a book that not only has the information I need, but actual processes that will make my life work much better. I have been doing them, de-stressing, taking care of me, and eating thoughtfully. This book was easy to read, easy to apply and easy to instantly incorporate into my life. I also am able to teach the de-stressing techniques to the children in my class, which is life changing for so many of them.
