Very good would definitely recommend, not too bad to fit but make sure that your unit is not inline with tap, I had to cut some away but over happy with purchase.

Purchased the product in September 2024. It was easy to install. The spout is short and if you use it to wash your hands or wash of an item where you have to use both of your hands, water goes everywhere. The hose is okay, but when using it, it only leaves you with one hand free so for large items, i.e. large pot or glass pyrex dish its difficult to rotate and get all the soap off when rinsing. The item has now developed a fault but now it has developed a fault (see photos and video) with a hole in the hose pipe under the hose covering and there is no way to contact the seller. It seems like the metal string rings have pierced the pipe rubbing against it. Personally, I would not recommend.

The tap itself looks really nice, I did however have issues with the tap connectors that it was supplied with. One of the connectors was leaking near the nut I can while the other was leaking from a slight pierce on the connector. The the rubber washer for the tap was too big which meant that when installed one side was slightly higher so I ended up replacing it with the one from my previous tap. Rating the tap itself, it's pretty good but I think there may need to be some additional quality checks to ensure that the peripherals are all suitable. I needed a tap to be installed so couldn't afford to send it back while I waited for a new one and had to install using some of my of peripherals.

Never done any plumbing work so removing my old tap was harder than I thought but this one was so much easier to fit and fix seals on if I need to. Installating this though was really fast in comparison and the connections are a lot easier to access. Well worth all the effort though as it's so much more usable than my last simple tap. Feels very sturdy and well built. Anyway loving this one so far, the angle spray jet thing is powerful and great for washing up. Would recommend this, especially if you've only got a little dinky tap that doesn't have any spray power.

It looks nice but very flimsy. What do I expect for 15 quid though. Does what it needs to do

It is good, functional in general. But started leaking after about 8 months of use. The seller contacted me to offer a replacement or a full refund and I prefer the refund. No further questions asked.

Well worth the money, very easy to install and works great. Arrived in good time too.
