Awesome
I looked around a long time to try to find this exact size. This is pretty heavy duty. It replaced one that was on my motorhome for probably 20 or 30 years so I'm sure this will outlast my motorhome.

Came as described, and measurements were correct.

Works good.
Part looked to be damaged from the factory. One of the corners of the metal flange was severly bent. I was able to bend it back down enough to use it. The lap sealant coverend the imperfection. The boxes it was shipped in were undamaged. Mechanically it works fine and keeps the rain out.

Look for a better one
plan on spending time trying to make this vent work like it should. mine wouldn’t close with a water tight seal. The escape latch just barley (1/16”) overlaps the edge and with a fairly good wind the latch will open and the cover will blow freely straight up risking the cover breaking off.

The measurements were exactly as specified. The installation was easy. And the vent works! So happy with the product.

Very thin cover.
Unable to use the framework only the lid. The vendor should know it would be good to have a lid only purchase option. This lid is much thinner than the old lid I had and let’s much light in. I hope it will last?
