I recently lost my orange tabby and he was my stitching companion for so many hours. I saw this cute needle minder and it reminded me of him, so I bought it. The magnet is good and strong, holding my needle well even if I shake my project with the front pointed at the floor or wall. I love it very much and may have to buy a few more. I tend to lose these things in a box or drawer, and I usually have several projects going at once.

This cat needle minder is just adorable. I love it. But, it does have a weaker magnet than some metal needle minders I have. Also, I have several of this lines wooden made neeldle minders and they are all the same. There is nothing wrong with them as they all hold the needles. The one really positive is they seem to weigh less than some metal minders. It's onrs preference to what they like. I myself think the cat and Llama are just so adorable I'm sold on them as needle minders. They make my Needlework fun.

This is a good size, not too large or small. It's light weight and fits within your hoop without getting in the way. It's really nice to have a place to safely drop your needle (front and back both) while working on your project.

I've been cross-stitching for many years and never tried a needle minder. It's very cute and works great. Very strong magnet.
