I’m incredibly susceptible to caffeine so I need a preworkout supplement that has no stimulants. This is so effective, I feel like I’ve got endless energy and I don’t fatigue as quickly as I would if I wasn’t taking it.I chose the cherry limeade flavour and it’s delicious and easy to mix - if you don’t have a shaker it’s easy to do with a spoon in a glass without getting any lumps.All in all I’d highly recommend it!

Great product, I've used a few different brands however this is far the best so far, gives you great energy and recovery also the flavour is awesome just right in some cold water.

Used for a source of energy and it gives a lot energy but depends on how u use it I first used it at about 7 in the evening and I couldn’t go sleep till 1 😀but hey that’s what happens when u take energy at evening u can’t go sleep properly
