Powell Golden Dragon Striking Dragon Complete Skateboard (7.625-Inch)

This board is perfect for the price. When i was younger i spent twice as much on a custom skateboard and i can honestly say this board is better in almost every way. the only thing I'm unsure of is its durability simply because I've only had it for a short time. But the wheels spin great, the trucks allow for easy turning, the board is light and allows for easy tricks and the risers give a nice comfort to landings without compromising performance. All in all I would recommend this board to anyone looking for a great board for a great price.

2 days after my son got it the screws already fell off while my son was riding it! For the price this is a piece of garbage! You're better off going to local store and pay less. My son is just starting out on a skate board, he's 7 years old so it's not like he's tearing it up. Horribly made and I would not recommend it for any age group.

Beautiful board. Well-built. Nice trucks and wheels, but... (1) Picture shows white wheels. My son specifically picked out this board over others because he wanted white wheels. Instead, what was delivered were black wheels. The wheels were nicely logo'd, but nonetheless BLACK. They look like as shown at the Powell website ([ ... ]). Now my son is bugging me to buy him white replacement wheels. (2) The picture doesn't show the topside of the deck. There's a flat, smooth diamond-shaped logo in the middle of the board. My son complains that it's a slippery spot. I agree. Not a good idea to place a fancy emblem in the middle of the surface grip deck. Guess I'll have to order some grip tape and cover up the logo. Because of these two issues, I cannot give it five stars. BTW: Amazon did a terrible job of packaging this item for shipment. The box was too small, it got torn up in transit. Packing material was only on one side of the skateboard, leaving the board in direct contact with the cardboard box on the other side. By luck or good fortune, it arrived without any visible signs of damage.

Im 25 and have been riding for years, the wheels are pro quality,the board and trucks can take a beating and it will still ride like it was just pulled out of the box, for the price you cant beat it, mine also came with a dvd, its a dvd that teaches basics of skateboarding, a few tricks, and a oldschool skate montage with riders suchs as perallta and tony hawk,

It's for our daughter's 8th birthday. It seems like a pretty great deal for how nice it is. This is a perfectly nice skateboard. Don't let any China-bashing rhetoric fool you. Seriously, it's a golden dragon - not a bald eagle. The only reason I deducted a star is the trucks and wheels are black - not as shown.

This skateboard is amazing! The wheels are very great and they spin for about 1 minute for me. The balance helped me a lot and is easier to do 360s now. It is a little harder to do kick flips with this(for me -.-), but still, it is great. I recommend this product.

My son loved it! Great quality, his friends were very impressed. For a beginner, this is an awesome board for the price.

I purchased it for a nephew as a Christmas gift. He seemed happy with it.
