It certainly isn’t shiny!! I really like this product. It goes on smoothly and I can just barely highlight my eyes. I’m in my 70s so I don’t apply makeup as I did for years!

No the product is only one eyeliner.

Im looki g for an eyeliner that won't smudge onto my upper lids. Is this what im looking for?

it barely did with me unless i was sweating; if it becomes a problem, i suggest using translucent powder underneath it(just a quick brush on/off). that adds a few hours to its life. other than that it's great eyeliner and probably my favorite one i've used!!

Brush tip or Felt tip?

This is definitely a felt tip. Better control that way. My favorite eyeliner ever! I have never had an allergic reaction to this and am very sensitive to eye products.
