I'm waiting for my THIRD bottle to come in the mail. I first had eczema in high school and it was pretty bad. I've tried many creams and lotions but they could only do so much. I became interested in consuming Hyaluronic Acid (HA- 200mg) after I found out some studies that show the improvement in skin texture and hydration in patients with eczema who used HA (G1) versus patients with eczema who used the placebo capsules (G2). Group 1 was given the doses of 200mg and was asked to consume it everyday for one month. The results showed positive affect on their dry and itchy skin. Even though the sample size was small (around 10 patients), I gave it a shot anyway and found this particular brand on Amazon. I've been using it since January, 2020 and I can guarantee to you that it works. It takes time to show results but it does work. I eat the capsules everyday and rarely do I skip it. That being said, you need to look at your diet and the products you use inside and outside your body. The pills will be magical if you know the right way to activate it by combining it with good, clean diets-the diet is literally everything. On top of that, good lotions and creams are also important (The material on your clothes counts too- wear more breathable clothes). NOTE: *** My eczema wasn't as severe when I started using this brand ( like a 3-4 / 10 scale) but it was still very uncomfortable, especially during the winter. After a while of using this brand (a good 6 months), my eczema is like a 2/10 scale now. Pros: Easy to swallow, no weird smell, VERY reasonable price, gluten free is a plus (since consuming too much gluten can worsen my eczema condition). I really hope this post will help someone.

This is a decent hyaluronic acid supplement. The minimal dosage for skincare is 200mg, so at 100mg per pill, these work really nicely when taken 2x daily. I'm hypersensitive and I kind of already figured I would have issues adjusting to the bodily changes associated with middle age, so I started taking these before that even started. Recently, "the change" finally hit home - my skin is now a little looser than it has been up until this point in my life. I'm positive it would have been worse if I wasn't taking supplements that support bodily tissue health. It was a shock for about 24 hours before I was able to finally get used to the idea. Despite this happening, my skin still looks super smooth and baby soft. I can't even tell the difference unless I literally take some skin between my fingers. It keeps itself hydrated most of the time now... I can hop out of the shower and not worry about dry skin at all. No more ashy elbows or knees and ankles etc. Even the bottoms of my feet seem more hydrated and smooth now. I highly recommend this supplement because of that. It won't stop your skin from aging, but it will help keep it healthy and hydrated while that happens so discomfort is reduced. I'm really glad I thought to start taking it before I needed the extra help.

It had no bad aftertaste, did not upset my stomach. I can't tell its done much for my skin but its only been a month so I will take a while longer and update if I see more improvement.

Absolutely love this product will switch to the 1,000 mg next purchase. I tried it for joint pain and love the results I’m thinking I’ll love it even more with the increased mg. I’ve tried so many different products plus physical therapy and this, for me, has worked by far the best! I’ve been recommending it to friends and family. The price point is reasonable too. I could tell a difference in a few days.
