The one with ginger has a little spicy kick from the ginger. A nice little surprise, and ginger is good for you. These little lozenges are very tasty. I like both varieties, manuka honey lemon and honey lemon ginger. Great for when you get a tickle in your throat or have a cough, individually wrapped so you can toss some in your purse or pocket.
