I love when I can find a superior version of a simple ingredient that I use in so many recipes. This just amps up the flavor in many asian sauces I make to I'm thrilled to have it in my kitchen. Good Value for the price, and healthy benefits of miso. Easy to use packaging and will keep fresh in the fridge till I use it up. THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING A QUALITY PRODUCT!

I love cooking, and I make mostly Italian meals because of my heritage and what I've learned over the years. As an older adult, I continue to make them, but I became interested in this delicious miso soup. So I started researching how to prepare it and found this product, which is essential for its flavor. Well, I made it, perhaps not like the Japanese or Asians do, but it turned out well in my opinion. Of course, over time it might turn out even better. But for my taste, it was fine, and of course, without this product, it's impossible for it to have that special flavor. The product itself is good, but of course, this depends on each person's palate, since it may not taste the same to everyone. But for my palate, it turned out very well.

It taste great and arrived in good condition with no damage to the product, however, a bag inside of a bag is quite messy! It was always so messy trying to use some of this. It was slightly frustrating at times. But you get a lot for the money, so it’s a good value if you can stand the packaging issue

Mellow and a little bit mild. It's my favorite go to for flavoring. For Miso broth, I add a little red miso and mix them if I require more flavor.

Absolutely delicious miso paste! So versatile and I use for soups, sauces, dressings, you name it. Really creamy and amazing flavor and I’m happy I’m getting good things for my gut in the meantime and great quality! Only downside is it can get really messy with the bag inside the bag. Not at all a big enough downside to not get again- Will buy more when the big bags runs out!!

A little too sweet for me. It does state sweet miso, but too sweet in my opinion.
