Mido 1.58, peso 65,5 y estaba entre la M y la Ley, pero como quiero perder unos 3 kilos pedi la M, ha e compresión en la cadera que tengo 103 cm, pero seguro reducire un poco, de largo perfecto da un quizá hasta 1,65, si pesas unos 60, la barriga la sujeta no tanto como la cadera, parece más bien anti celulitis, se ven fuertes y de vestir, cuando las use añadire datos.Las compré para un vestidoNo son polares, pero son bastante tupidas
