Optimum Nutrition used to make a mocha flavored pre-work out many years ago, and that was always my go-to. I'd put it in my afternoon coffee with their Double Rich Chocolate protein, drink it on the way to the gym after work, and nail every workout with my trainer. So I was absolutely devastated when they stopped making it and I hesitated for YEARS trying a fruity flavor. I finally took the leap, and ordered this. I love almost everything about it - taste, price, effectiveness, and I especially love that it doesn't include Red 40 in the ingredients. I have improved my workout performance and duration much quicker with this than I did without it. I work out between 5 and 6 every night, so I was worried that with the added caffeine, it would keep me up all night. It absolutely does not. In fact, because I'm working out harder, I'm sleeping better, and there's no yucky crash that you get with high sugar energy or coffee drinks.It has a great taste, no after taste, it's not too sweet, and not too tart. The ONLY thing I notice is that it never 100% dissolves, but it's never gritty, so it doesn't bother me at all. If you are looking for a light kick to start your workout if you aren't really feeling it, or a push to scale up weight, duration or performance, this is an amazing option, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I will absolutely subscribe to this.

This is great product. I've been using pre-workout for last 12 years on and off I started out with the original Jack 3D that was fantastic and then again taking off the market. This pre-workout gives me all the energy in focus and I sweat really good. I take just one scoop of the green apple and it tastes fantastic you could literally just drink it everyday all day. I work out at about 7:00 p.m. I take one scoop and the only reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five is I can't go to sleep till like 1:00 at night. I work out 3 days a week straight because I'm off 3 days straight and I have tried taking a half a scoop I still can't go to sleep it takes me forever. Maybe if I was to take it earlier in the day I'd probably sleep well but I can't work out till 7:00 at night. I never ever leave a review on there of any products because I'm order car parts most of the time. This is a great product other than I have a hard time going to sleep after taking it. If you're able to work out in the morning I would highly recommend this product if you work out at night and you have trouble falling asleep afterwards probably not a product you want to use every workout. But if you want to have a crazy feel like an animal workout one scoop will get you there in about 20 minutes.

I've been through a lot of pre workouts over the years. Chasing that orginal jacked 3d feeling only to come up short everytime. I recently discovered this pre workout which is surprising since I've been drinking their whey protein for the last 15 years, never once thought to give their pre workout a try.I truly have been missing out on something great. This pre workout is amazing, tasting great and very easy to consume. (Watermelon candy) is my favorite. The actual experience itself is very clean very easy on the body. There's no crazy rush, no itch on the face ears or arms. None of the shakes. It's not gonna give you that tunnel vision crazy amped up intensity, with a massive crash.But what it will give you is energy and that extra bit of gas in the tank. It will help you push through that fatigue and get the extra reps and stretch your workouts out longer. It makes you feel like youre getting the most out of your body. The come down and side effects have been for me non existent. Just feels very clean from start to finishJust truly a really good product that feels good and gives a noticeable bump in production and energy in your exercise.
