Nothing to dislike. VERY distinctive design. The best I’ve come across. Super sharp right out of the box! Since this purchase I’ve bought two more to add to my kitchen knife collection of these exquisite knives; very reasonably priced too.

I really enjoy this knife. It looks longer in the photo than it actually is. I thought it was a similar size as a bread knife and I would use it as a dual knife for bread and meats. Cute bread very well tho, just not as long as it should be for clean slices.

This knife...along with all of my dalstrong knives is just amazing...the edge it holds is perfect for all my smaller functions and have even used it for larger tasks like some meat cutting and trimming,filleting and boneing... it fits very comfortably in the hand and is very well balanced...the blade stays razor sharp ...and as all dalstrong it looks and feels amazing...if your a chef or just do a lot of kitchen preparation you just cannot go wrong..do not cheapen yourself by purchasing less expensive knives...these are worth the investment

I'm so happy with the products from Dalstrong! This bread knife makes my days better at work! The handle is perfect! Even with wet or greasy gloves on there is no slip. And blade is shorter than what I first expected. As it turns out tho it's more handy that way and not in the way on the work station! Iv used it for almost a month know and still as sharp as it was when I got it!

As all German made blade it’s very stiff, which I found uncomfortable for cutting, but it’s my very personal opinion

Bought this for my new breadmaker machine and absolutely love it! I own a couple of Dalstrong blades now and all of them came in an ellegant package with instructions which I think it's very useful. The handle provides an easy grip and the blade is sharp and strong. The slice of bread is brilliantly cut so I'm very happy with this purchase! Thank you again,Dalstrong!

Wie erwartet gut

Had hoped it would be great to cut tomatoes and small vegetables but it really doesn't feel the right knife for this job sadly.
