Perfect for what I needed. I do sublimation onto aluminum signs and wanted something that could round the edges as they can be quite sharp. This thing cuts through the aluminum very easily, definitely recommend.

I love that it’s tabletop, easy to punch and can do holes, slots and rounded corners. It solved several problems for me. Great stuff. The only thing I wish for is a second guide. I’m worried as it travels the country with me that the original will go missing or break.

I have not used all of the functions of this 3 in 1 Badge Slot Punch for ID Cards. I have used the corner rounder for rounding corners of laminated documents. It does the job, but it is not a very accurate round corner. It appears slightly off kilter. It gets the job done (mostly). I am not so unhappy that I would return the item, but I am not pleased with the results 85% of the time. I will be searching for another option to round corners of laminated documents in future, but for now this will do.

This is an easy to use, high quality device. I use it to punch slots in name badge stock. The badges then need not encased in plastic badge holders. It operates smoothly and makes clean slot holes. It seems very sturdy.

Let’s start with the good: 1. It has 3 functions: round hole, slot punch, and corner rounder. That’s it. Now the bad: Please note that I stated it has 3 functions. That's the only good. However, I didn't say it does those functions well because it doesn't. Here's why: 1. The slider bar is useless. It’s supposed to help align your punches, but it doesn’t stay in place at all. There’s zero resistance—if you tilt the unit, it literally falls out. I had to use binder clips as a workaround, which is ridiculous for a $50 tool. 2. Feels cheap and unstable. It struggles with even small stacks (about 5 pages max). It doesn’t inspire confidence and feels flimsy during use. 3. Constant jamming. I was cutting corners from thin plastic report covers--nothing heavy--certainly much thinner than most laminates. I was only punching one front and one back cover at a time-- not a stack of items-- just one front and one back. After only about a dozen uses, it jammed. Now it jams regularly. I’ve had to open it up and manually push the puncher back up to get it to work again. To reiterate: This happened after only about a dozen uses. 4. Poor cut quality. The corner cuts aren’t clean. I still have to trim them with scissors to finish the job. This happened within the first few uses, so it’s not a case of the blades dulling over time—it performed poorly from the start. Bottom line: This tool sounds good in theory, but the execution is poor. For nearly $50, it’s not worth it. Unfortunately, I’m past my return window, so I’ll be replacing it. At this point, it’s likely to become a paperweight or a goodwill donation. Advice: If you do buy it anyway, use it immediately—don’t wait until your return window is closed (like I did). That way, if you run into these same issues, you can still return it.

it punches well, its sturdy but trying to figure out where to line up the card is not easy. ITs always a test at first to get it right and you dont want to do it wrong and have it hang crooked. I feel like there should be a set number for certain regular sized cards since they are used the most and then you would not have to guess.

Easy to use, especially for anyone who has carpal tunnel or arthritis . I needed an alternative to the small cheap corner pouches that require so much effort for each punch. This product does it. Sure it occasionally leaves a hanging corner but those were such a tiny thread left that a gentle pull and it’s off without a trace. I did 400 cards, 4 corners each… 1600 punches… only two came out misshaped, likely due to my not placing the card correctly. The cards are laminated both sides with 3mm laminate over 110 lb index stock. This is tough work for most of the small, cheap punches I tried. THIS product did it easily and reduced my labor time for punching corners by at least 75%. Note - I didn’t try it on thinner paper products. It’s ‘made for’ ID card type thicker products. Great solution for my corner punch requirements.
