Great rope!
Great rope! Used this to make rope mods to fasten my XOP X2 climbing sticks. This stuff is rock solid and was used for the duration of the 2025 deer season. Very durable and a great price. Will be ordering more this coming fall.

Great Rope for the Money!
I have owned and used expensive name brand winch ropes as well as the cheapest of winch ropes that felt and looked like a smashed candle. This winch rope I would rank as above average and for this price point (about $60) it is a great buy! The rope feels similar to my expensive brands and I like the attachment point to the winch drum. The crimped lug and heat shrink is much cleaner than most of the other cheap ropes out there that have a smashed piece with a hole through it. The lock splice at the tube thimble looks well done with a proper length of rope tail buried in the line. Two protective sleeves included are nice as well. I used the first on the winch drum itself to protect the rope from the heat generated but it only covered half the drum which is ok because, from experience, that half gets hotter than the other side on my winch. The other sleeve I use on the end of the rope to protect from chaffing which can be moved along the rope as needed. So far I have winched myself off some rocks I was stuck on and the rope has worked well. If my opinion of it changes I will be sure to update this review.

High quality, durable.
Bought this in 2021 after the OEM steel cable on my hoist/crane snapped not longer after purchase. I replaced the steel cable with this and it has performed beyond my expectations for nearly 5 years now. I especially like the 'synthetic cable because if the cable drags on anything like stairs, deck etc. the steel would permanently scratch. Not this! I am an avid review reader prior to purchase--mainly focusing on the negatives because that is where I often learn more than from the 5 star reviewers. That said, I highly recommend this cable for any heavy lifting project. Lightweight, incredibly durable, and much easier/safer than the OEM steel cable that came on my crane/hoist!

What to know
I have never seen a synthetic winch rope like this in person. I bought it to use as a recovery line for motorcycle riding off-road. I was going to get a recovery strap but then saw this for 1/2 the price with a weight rating that was astonishingly 7-8x greater. HOWEVER this is comprised of braided, FINE strand poly-whatever. I have no doubt the weight rating is legit. But simply handling this rope with my rough fingertips I was literally fraying the rope and pulling those fine strands apart from the weave. Yes, my hands are rough, but they're nothing like a motorcycle foot peg, which you would wrap a tow strap around if you're doing a buddy pull. I can't stress it enough, the strands on this rope are super fine. This will work great for your emergency. Don't be handling it before then. Don't get it dirty. Because if my rough fingertips can catch the strands and fray them, then this thing has very limited, repeated usage in conditions that are dirty and abrasive. Like anyplace that's dirtier than your mom's kitchen (assuming her kitchen is pristine!). This rope would need a full sheath for me to feel comfortable throwing it around. But then that would ruin the design sizing and everything else. Bottom line is that it will work, but when you handle it you'll see that durability is questionable. And for many scenarios other materials such as straps or cables will be better. I returned this and will be getting something else.

pulls 5000 lbs no problem, they give you about 60 feet, too.
I only have a 4500 lb winch on my truck. I wanted to change out the steel cable. This is actually 10 feet longer than mine, but winds up sooo much easier than a cable. I just used it today to pull a guy out of the road. His truck died right in an intersection. It was stuck in 4 wheel drive, and in gear. I dragged him across the street with all 4 tires locked up. Now, granted, it was on snow, but this rope did it's job.

Multi use
Gets the jobs done and well. With the high breaking strength I bought this to use for hunting and itโs served its purpose well with the strength to weight ratio

Easy switch on champion
Haven't had a lot of experience with this yet, but it was pretty easy to switch out the steel cable on a 3000# Champion winch. I thought I needed to trim the line because it filled up the spool upon initial installation. However, once you put it under load, it tightens up considerably. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten the entire rope on the spool if I had used the winch to spool it. The rope is a bit difficult to get into the cable stay since it's bigger, but is possible. I'll probably order another keep in the UTV to use for an extension.

Amazing product
Absolutely great product. We have been in some very sketchy situations where winch rope was needed. Highly recommend switching to a nylon style rope

Awesome little rope for the price and weight.
I bought this 1/4 rope to cut to various length and use it to attach tools, some light material and simply to replace cheap yellow polypropylene rope. It did seem easy to fray as the very small fiber would catch on my fingernails, so I got worried about the quality. After all, this is a NoName UHWME rope and not some Samson Amsteel blue worth 200$ right? Decided to put it to test. We had to pull a full metal structure to shim it because it wasn't fully level, so I took out the rope to see if it would hold the strength of a 1 and 1/2ton puller. I didn't go easy on it and tied it straight around the metal without any protection, knowing well that both the knot and bare metal contact could break the rope. After pulling until the puller mechanism start slipping and releasing by itself and the rope didn't give up. Knowing those puller, giving full 2 arm tension they can pull over 5000 pounds so that's pretty impressive. The rope did fell like a solid block afterwards but twisting it a little gave it back it's original shape. Only downside, which was to be expected: knot did leave some mark on the rope and most likely lost some strength. Overall, a very solid buy.

Great product for the price
Bought this to try out on my Can Am was extremely impressed on its durability. I used it to lift my blower on the front of my machine and was very impressed! Recently broke the cord due to my own stupidity by yanking on it when my Can Am was stuck it held up for the most part. Definitely would order again!
