I gave this as a gift so I never measured it. It goes from neck to knees and the neck strap is adjustable. its well made and my niece loved it.

What's the length of this apron?

Long enough to cover one's "neither regions."

How do I determine the sizes? I would like to reorder as first apron was too small, would fit a child.

Gosh I ordered as a gift for a friend and I didn't try it on my self but she is shorter and smaller in stature than I am so I honestly don't know. I thought it was a one size fits most. Sorry!
