Lasted 20 months - now it's useless
Lasted 20 months. Now the charge port I use to charge my phone is loose and I have to press the cord in exactly right as hard as I can to make it charge...and if I let go, it doesn't charge the phone. Obviously I cannot do this all day. I know it is not the cord as I've got several that work on other things as well. Prior to this it usually took a full night plugged into my desktop to charge up the pack, and I got at least 2-3 charges of my Nexux 5x or 5 on this...didn't really count. It is heavy and feels solid, but why didn't they add a rubberized shock-proof case. I feel like it stopped working just because I have carried it around...which is the point of a power pack. I wouldn't need it if I was sitting at home/office/starbucks with a wall plug. I'd like to contact the company for a replacement, but I cannot figure out how to do so. I didn't even use it daily for the 20 months. There were probably long stretches of 3-4 months where it sat unused.

FALLS APART
The battery seems to hold a charge and have decent reserve power - but that’s all I can say good. And that’s all a waste because key parts are EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE! This unit has two USB output ports, one 1.0 amp and one 2.1. After just a few months, the 2.1 port just fell into the unit. Since then, I have used this unit very little because I have another one (a different brand). Even using the Limefuel unit rarely, the 1.0 has also become loose - it now only works if a device is plugged in and held in a certain position. VERY poor quality! There is no excuse for this. Why make a product where only certain parts (ports) need to handle stress and make those so cheaply just to save a few pennies per unit - and thereby render the product useless! What a waste! And now they’ve lost a customer “forever”.... Buy Anker - you won’t go wrong.

Quality sucks.
This unit lives up to its billing and I highly recommend it. I have the 20000mAh unit. It is on the heavy side, but it holds its charge and charges my IPhone 6 at least 8 times from almost empty. The 2.1A side charges my IPad. I recently went on a 24 hour flight and it is perfect for recharging. Additionally you can recharge while using the phone when not near an outlet like in a restaurant or watching TV. It recharges itself fairly quickly and the meter tells you exactly how much charge is left. The only trick to know is that when plugging in the device, you have to click the power switch. It does not start automatically.I bought if for $35.99. For $28.99 it is an unbelievable bargain.Update:This failed after 9 months. Limefuel customer service was fantastic and arranged for it to be replaced. The replacement unit was faulty in that the % display was wildly inaccurate. They replaced that also. I also had a Blast 25X that stopped working after 1 charge that Amazon refunded.I also had a LP200X. I used this unit for a few days and never thought to try all 4 ports. One of the ports did not work. It was recessed and the connector did not charge as it was a little deep. It was one day out of warranty, but Amazon was great and refunded it.Their quality sucks. So Limefuel customer service is great, but 4 faulty devices is too many. No more Limefuel for me. Cheap for a reason.

Liking it so far, questions may be coming up.
FINAL UPDATE-I had to get a replacement in which they were excellent and provided fast service. The second one had the same problem, in which the USB ports got pushed in and became dysfunctional. I won't even bother contacting again because I now know its a design flaw. I got some decent usage out of the second so I'm happy even though its useless now, More batteries for my ecig I guess now.So far so good. This is my first night and will update as it comes along. The rate of discharge is concerning me a little, but I will test it out later after it has run through some more cycles. The one thing I'm interested in is that while I am charging it, it seems to randomly flash the green light for a couple seconds and sometimes I think its actually stopping charging for a minute before resuming. At 50-60% it was recharging really fast then slowed down to a crawl. As I have written this the green light has flashed three times. Maybe that was designed so you could find it in the dark?----update----wow! amazing customer support! the 2.1 amp port fell inside the battery and they replaced it with no hassle since the warranty extends past the Amazon policy. Sarah was quick to respond, and i didn't get bumped around the staff

Really cool looking paperweight.
When I first received this battery pack, I was very impressed. It had a good feel and the digital display was a bonus. It would legitimately recharge our devices many times over. It was a must for traveling. I even bought the case recommended by the manufacturer, just to be sure it was well protected.About a month after purchasing, one of the USB ports stopped working. It would simply not charge a device unless you pushed the cable hard into the battery pack. If you let up on the pressure it would stop charging. Not too a big of a deal, but it meant you could only charge one device at a time. Then, several months later, the other USB outlet stopped working. Now I have a really cool looking paperweight that fits nicely into the case I bought.Pretty disappointed, because it didn't wear out from use, or abuse, just poor manufacturing.
