Stuff tastes great. Much better then other BCAA's out there. Also I love the joint health aspect of it. I'm 50 years old and I've noticed a big improvement in all the aches and pains from over 35 years of lifting, they've gone away and I'm also making gains again. Drink about a gallon a day. Tastes amazing and a great way to get your water in for the day for hydration

the look when its mixed looks like fruit punch, you can't stir it or it leaves floaties on top.. it must be shaken not stirred. The initial taste is kinda like fruit punch (very powerful) and it tastes like medicine on the after taste, every drink afterward tastes like glucosamine if you have ever had that from the tube, thats what it tastes like.Other than the taste it really works with the stomach and help process food faster then drinking normal water with your meals. Muscle recovery is pretty decent since you can drink it 24/7 definitely helps. My personal experience with this product has been really good, I like it. if your new to BCAA Recovery drinks, if you can get past the aftertaste (most recovery drinks have that exact after taste) your sore, pumped muscles will thank you.Allow 3 weeks to pass of using this product at least once per day in a 2 gallon jug so your body is at max absorption rate. I do 1 scoop for every gallon of water. If you use anything less than a gallon the Taste of the Product will literally overpower you.... no joke. It really does help.

This stuff is amazing and is literally the best BCAA, Digestive, joint supplement ever. The only reason I give it a 4-star is if you take this as recommended 4 scoops in a gallon for all day it only lasts a week........ 35-40 bucks for a weeks worth of supplement I am sorry there are other BCAA products that taste as good as this (BTW the flavor is amazing) for way cheaper. BUT If you have the money to spend get it!

I love this stuff! I have been buying this now for 2yrs. I alternate between Blue Rasberry & Fruit Punch (not too hip on the crazy flavors). I mix it with a gallon of water every day (I do 2 scoops instead of 4 to make it last longer). This has forced me to drink over a gallon of water a day (otherwise I would be drinking coffee all day!), I'm getting good nutrients, and feel a lot more energetic. I also recognize my recovery times getting shorter.Being a firefighter and working out pretty intensely on my days off, this has definitely been a great addition to my health. I would (and do) recommend this to anyone. Just be prepared to pee a bit more.My only complaint would be that sometimes, when I order a new bottle, the product has clumped a bit due to moisture access. Maybe the square they put inside for moisture absorption could be better.

This really really helps with muscle soreness if that’s what you suffer from . It Does give you energy, but this is not a pre-work out. This is more of a maintenance supplement. Overall the taste is incredible and I really like the product !!!!

I love this stuff, the taste, mixability, and results. My body always does better when i use this compared to other inferior bccaa products. Fruit punch is good but must admit i like the sweet tea better.

This product smells and taste like it was mixed with some chemicals not sure what. I know its a waste of money I would never buy again online unless it is from a vitamin company where I know or will have more trust in. Also this was a fruit punch flavor according to the label however, when used it is a orange color and has more of a tea taste. I will not use and will consider this 30 dollars in the trash.
