The product is of good quality as expected
We received one broken quarter plate in the set, which was replaced by the dealer. However the replacement did not go very smoothly and involved a lot of follow-up with the dealer and took nearly a month. The product is of good quality as expected!

Poor quality protection
the product in itself is good. but the company needs to provide enough material for it to be safe during the harsh transport condition. I purchased it on a good offer but the plates arrived broken and damaged. so unfortunately had to return it. And this seems to be the case for a lot of fellow purchasers as well.

Fragile handle with care option should be included
The products are good.. the packing was ok ok.. if the packing would be done properly and the FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE label would have been there then the delivery person would have handled with care the product would come in a proper condition. Initiated a replacement..
