Aluminium Metal Case for Apple Iphone XS MAX (Black, 6.5 in)

The case is neat as far as having a few different lenses to pick from for photography. It is however, heavy, bulky, and scratches super easy. I wouldn’t recommend this case unless you want bulky. It also takes several minutes to take it apart and put a different case on your phone. Sometimes it’s also hard to screw on the lenses.

I use this case to bring my fragile iphone (why can't apple just make quality products in the first place?) to music festivals, hiking, camping, and other high risk places, and I feel relatively confident in it's performance. The lanyard loops are very useful, as is the high traction rubber backing. My only gripes are that it should come in more colors as I'd prefer bright green or blue, and the buttons are hard to press through the rubber surround. I'd really like for them to make a "lite" version of this case with exposed buttons and a bit less bezel thickness.

I like my new casing for the moment, it sure is a lot heavier than the other brands I have purchased in the past. Probably because it is made of Metal. I don't know if I trust the design (20$) as much as the rubber heavy duty cases I have had in the past (50-60$). The mute button function is a bit iffy, doesn't always work correctly. The casing might be water resistant but I am doubtful if it makes the phone completely water resistant. Not willing to test it either :) The extra lenses are a great addition to the product. It is certainly a great price for what you get. I am sure to update this review in the future in case of new 'experiences'

There is an included screen protector, but it's just a basic one, entirely separate from the case, which is wide open on the front. Any screen protector that doesn't extend over the curved edges should fit.The lenses have covers for their front, but nothing at all for their back sides, so the optics are exposed to the environment. It comes with a small velvet bag for the lenses, but with no back covers, putting all three in the bag will allow them to scratch each other.

Water proof is a miss leading claim, the entire front face of the phone is open, the lightning port is open and the cut out for the camerea is open. This is not fully enclosed like a life proof.

So I got it in and when through the box installed the screen protector and the case which was all easy then went to check the lenses that came with it the all worked well but one so I contacted customer support and they sent me a new case and lenses with out a problem that was great. I have dropped the phone a couple of time since I installed the case and so far so good just a lil scuff but other than that great overall it’s a great case

Product wasn’t bad. The rubber inside of the case would bubble out of the back. Lenses weren’t as great as I thought they would be. The case is metal so it’s pretty heavy compared to the feather like weight of the iPhone. Paint scratches super easy and the screen protector included is garbage. I’d rather go without a screen protector at the point of how poor quality it is. All in all I guess this is an okay case if you really wanna take some odd pictures with the micro, fisheye or wide angle. Honestly I switched back to my otter box. Used this case for a couple weeks and it’s now in my box of random stuff I go through every 6 months. Not super impressed. Glad it wasn’t super expensive.

The case itself is metal and meaty. The lenses are a joke and a throw away. The pictures with the camera itself are 100x better than these lenses. If you want a decent metal case it’s cool but if you are looking for something to enhance your pictures, I would look elsewhere.
