Lion Brand YarnHeartland Thick & Quick Yarn Redwood

Needed a teddy-bear texture for head and paws of this PJ bear. I first tried 2 strands of my brown yarn, but that didn't work. Couldn't find anything in stores locally, but this worked very well.

I like this yarn. However, it has been such a long time since I have had to worry about die lots that I did not consider this when ordering. I had bought the color "sequiah" at a large store. I bought all they had. I needed more. I ordered the same color, but when I got them, it was NOT the same! I am making do, but please notice dye lots when ordering.

This yarn was easy to work with, then why only 3 star, well, not well packed together and will easy snag on items, but love the red/dark red combination, so with you want to make a dog sweater I would look for a tighter weave for example. I made a very wide scarf with pockets, little heavy but is nice and will keep me warm.

Lion Brand yarn is wonderful. The color of this yarn was exactly what I was looking for.

Really soft yarn that lives up to it's name...it is thick and knits up items QUICK!I am using it to make a bunny from Festive Knits by Fuzzy Mitten.So far it is adorable and so SOFT!

So I purchased this yarn because I'm a newbie and wanted a thick yarn, and it is a thick yarn which is why I give it 3 stars. However the reason I chose this over other softer yarns is because the descriptions says 100% cotton. That this yarn is not. It is 100% acrylic sadly. The only reason I'm not returning it is because the cost to ship it back would make it not worth the effort, and since I'm a beginner I can use it for practise. I really hate creating things with synthetic materials though.

Needed these asap and found them on Amazon. Delivery was fast and price was right ! Thank you, thank you

Although I used the buy again function and the product was advertised as the Thick and Quick Yarn it was the regular yarn which was thinner in size so my wife had to do some adjustments on the project she was working on. Not happy about this.

I use this to come up with toys for my cats.They love playing with the yarn.Its nice because the way that yarn falls apart means that it is not danger to leave them alone with it.

Love it! Looks great with a little bit of lustre, nice and thick for a winter hat or a scarf. Great value as well

Good product but in the description it says 'sold in packs of 3' which needs clarifying as balls of wool are sold individually.

El producto es bueno solo que me estafaron con el precio. Revisen sus proveedores. Pagué tres paquetes de tres madejas. Compré 9 y me enviaron tres. Nadie me responde por dicha estafa.

Destacar la gama de colores y lo fácil que se teje quedando un resultado, francamente, estupendo. Llegó antes de lo previsto y estoy muy satisfecha.
