I only tried using this for less than an hour when I decided it had no redeeming qualities. First off, it's very heavy, which I guess is to be expected given its long battery life. But I'd say it doubles or triples the weight of the phone, which makes it pretty noticeable to tote around in a pocket. Also, it's very touchy about connecting to the phone. I hadn't had any issues charging with several chargers I normally use, but this would not connect at first. Finally after cleaning all contacts on my phone, the case connected. Finally, the deal breaker: when turned on, this device completely killed my cell signal I went from 2 bars to none and could not place a call. Turned the case off and the signal returned.

Its beginning to have problems. When I press and hold the back button to turn on charging, it shows charging for just a few seconds then turns off. Sometimes when I unplug from regular charging, it triggers the "unsupported device" warning and will keep triggering it until I remove the phone from the case and re-insert it. I'm outside my return window but I'm hoping the seller will see this and address this because as of now the case is just a regular case.Perfect fit for my 7 Plus. Not too heavy, can still hold it good. Holds a charge for a long time. Great for people on the go without access to a stationary charger all the time.

I like the texture of the case,slightly textured so it does not slip in your hand. It feels rugged in hand.The charge indicator/ charge light button on the back is most helpful, short press or long press the button on the back, battery charge available or charge battery respectively is a nice feature.Highly recommended.As an added comment after 3 months, the case is a bit difficult to open. When it did open the top piece broke. Now it is barely holding together. Nice product but careful when opening.The top just cracked while I was removing it to change simm card.Very difficult separate the two parts.

At first this case is great, a little heavier then expected but still great. Battery life is fantastic. And the feel of the case in your hand is nice.It has been a little over a month now and the case has not held up as much as I expected it. All of the buttons have fallen out. The case is starting to crack. And the battery doesn’t last as long anymore. I can still get a full charge out it, but that’s it.I’d say this case is great for a long plane trip or road trip. Good for just traveling in general.But if you plan to use it everyday I would say it isn’t worth it.

I have purchased two of these in the past four months. Like others have said, there seems to be a bit of a compatility issue with chargers with it going on and off (had it with Mophies as well..so not that big an issue). My problem with it is the plastic piece on the top that holds the phone in place in the case. It either breaks easy or it does not lock in well...as I have found my phone falling out of the case twice (one I had to replace the glass because it shattered when hitting rough asphalt on landing)...and found the top piece was no longer there and had no idea what happened to the piece. Because of this second event, I am going back to Mophies, as their main attachment is on the bottom.The one thing I did like about this battery cover over the Mophie is that you do not have to take it off the phone if you want to back up on the computer as it uses an apple lightning cable to charge so the adapter is compatible with the lightning input on the iphone, as opposed to incompatible mini usb on Mophie

Have brought on past and lost top to charger. No problem just ordered another top plus another battery case. Received order and works great as expected. Other order of top only expected 1 replacement top. Had 2 in case one is lost again. This has been the only case to use to charge with. Keeps phone charged up and end of day still has some charge left before nighttime to recharge phone and battery case as well. Only dislike is it is easy to misplace top but i like that it is magnetic to go on.

Enjoyed product for a couple of months but then the top piece broke. I contacted this companies customer service website as stated within the original packaging for the case and explained my issue. Within just a few hours this company reached back out to me and offered to replace the product or refund the purchase price. I obviously chose to replace the product instead of a refund!
