Like another review stated, the results truly were immediate. I have been an experiencing a consistent stinging and burning sensation in my hip/buttocks region down to upper thigh, accompanied by numbness. This has resulted in uncomfortable walking, sleeping, running, etc. Just the first hour of wear time for the hip brace has completely alleviated the symptoms mentioned above. The brace is incredibly comfortable and very easily adjustable. The upper band that wraps around the hips is wide enough to cover the entirety of my hips without digging into anywhere. For reference, I am a 5’9 woman, 165lbs; and a S/M fits me perfectly. It is thin enough to wear under clothes while being sturdy and well seamed, providing the perfect amount of compression. The hook and loop fasteners are well sewed, easy to use, and quality; and material provides ease of movement. I think this product is a must have!

GREAT PRODUCT, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I bought the small/medium right leg. My hips are 42" and thigh 24". The hip strap fits, but just barely. The thigh straps are perfect. The adjustability is great. I injured my right groin a couple weeks ago playing golf. I've been laying off doing anything physical, including getting in my steps. It was healing slightly but decided to take it to the next level and bought this hip brace. This product provides the support to my groin I need to swing a golf club again. It is comfortable on the skin, stays in place and gives you a good sense of security wearing. I undo the hip strap and leave the legs straps in place to take it off and get it on.

I ordered this for my daughter in a wheelchair that had a subluxed hip issue that is having back pain and muscle spasm issues as a result. She stated that it is comfortable for a few hours while sitting. The Velcro is strong so no issues there. The material is super soft and comfortable she stated. She stated she believes it has helped with her hip issue and kept her muscle spasms at bay and made her back feel much better.

I have hip pain from arthritis and thought this might help with support because I'm on my feet a lot. There are a couple problems. 1) When I sit down it slides up around my waist. 2) Since the velcro on the leg straps is only at the end, the large part of the leg piece slips down. I'm going to add some more velcro farther down on the strap to fix that problem, but not sure I can do anything about the other. It does feel like it's giving me good support, and it may even help with my lower back issues.

This brace has definitely helped me when doing yardwork. I thought my hip osteoarthritis was the end of my gardening and outside house maintenance, but this device is a real help. It fits well and effectively supports the hip joint.

This is very large & would not work for me as I wear a 2-4 pant.

I got this because my hip and sacroiliac joint pain was biased on one side. My right hip/glute drooped more so I got the right leg version. The brace is adjustable with a wide and secure velcro part on one end, while the other strap has a smaller velcro square. This means you can wrap it tight to one velcro, get it tight on the other, then redo the previous one to be tighter if need be. It also is possible to take a right side version and put it to your left (would have to do the straps behind your back) but could be helpful to support certain areas. It is not meant for that, I just find that the design is useful to get it where you need to if you take the time. I find that I rotate it more towards my injured side so the the back top of the leg portion goes diagonal up past my sacroiliac joint/tailbone to add support. I also put the lag portion a little higher up as to add a sort of springy loose portion at the back hip to aid in supporting that area so it presses rather than pulls when leaning back. You'll have to mess with it a little bit and it is *not* a tight brace. It is meant as a supplement with stronger braces, for minor tightening, or one to use when sleeping/exercising as it is thinner than most of the other, stronger belts. I put this over my undergarments, then put an additional sacroiliac belt over it that does more rotating in the direction I need. The additional belt is bulkier, but allows me to set secondary straps to pull one direction more along with elastic straps to place to support it. Then I can wear pants over it all. It's a little bulkier but not too bad. Definitely a good product, just might not have longevity. I would try it and maybe buy a second if it helps as it may just get worn out after a bit. I am going to get a second one just for that reason as I can already see it getting some elasticity fatigue/overstretching. That's to be expected though and the price is ok due to that.

Great item a must have if you do strenuous work that can cause these types of injuries. Worked really well and I could carry on with hip flexor issues and it helped so much. Easy to use, stays in place well if you put it on correctly and my strain has now gone . Great support and comfort .
