Amature real raw
Very impressed with wrap and quality of high gloss. Scratches resistance is moderate. Still good material that you can work with. Update: after 4 orders of this ítem and unfortunately.. trial and errors. It seems durable and robust. Install is a pain even with heat gun. The product likes to fold over and crease. Not the best to work with but manageable. Some where there be blemishes in your work and this dosnt hide it

Really Nice, Beautiful Vinyl But Not Perfect
I ordered 50ftx5ft to wrap my e46 sedan. I went with this vinyl because it was cheap and I had previously used the same vinyl to wrap a roof and trunk on my other car. Overall it’s really nice vinyl. The protective cover on it is awesome. The gloss black is a very glossy, deep, and dark black. I did have some issues though. First, this vinyl is very thick. You have to use more heat than the thinner, more expensive vinyl i have used in the past. I’m still having issues on a sharp body line that runs down the side of the e46. The vinyl is popping out regardless of me prepping the car very well and not pulling the vinyl down over it. I pulled the vinyl 90 degrees to the car and laid it in the crease thoroughly and post heated it a ton. This was the first full car I’ve wrapped and I did it all myself. With patient and attention to detail, you could have a very nice wrap job on your vehicle for a very small price.

Great quality wrap
First off let me start off by saying the wrap got delivered way faster than what it said. This isn’t my first time wrapping my car actually it’s the second time lol but the first time I went with a cheap wrap and the quality wasn’t so great and didn’t have a protective layer but this vvivid wrap is great I got the job done in a couple days love the fact it does have a protective layer on the wrap pills right off and looks great. The wrap came out looking good the color seems to have a deep blue when you shine light on it. Never thought I would wrap my car black but I love the look.

Poor quality control.
Was shipped a roll with beat up edges, paper cover over the sticky side had started peeling leaving dried glue, measured 6ft instead of the listed 7ft. Pathetic.

Not paying $650 to have this done.
So I went to get a quote from a shop to wrap my hood gloss black- quoted $650. Wow, ok. So I gave this a try and for $38, it was a no-brainer. Took my time and glassed the center first. Was a little tough to get perfect by the hood scoops, but a little heat and layed it in. Take your time and use heat when needed. I loved that this has a protective cap. Once I was all done, removed the cap and damn near perfect.

Great wrap, terrible packaging
My husband and I have bought many rolls of Vivid wrap, and the quality is excellent for what you pay. But the last three rolls we've gotten from Amazon have been shipped loose with only a plastic bag. Previous orders were all boxed up. The last half foot or so is damaged to the point of being unusable every time. Sure, we're ordering more than we need, but that doesn't mean we want to waste it. They need to either go back to the box or find a thicker plastic wrap that won't tear open.

Amazing Stuff!!!!
This material is very substantial. When you get it, don’t worry, the backing adds a lot to the weight. I used this material for an art project and it’s by far my new favorite. Make sure that you get every spec of dust off of the item you are working on. Make sure the work space around the item is also dust free. I would suggest using a tack cloth to remove every piece of dust. Once the vinyl is applied it will show any imperfections. You are not going to hide flaws with this product. The finished product is so much more than I ever hoped. Hands down I will be ordering this product again and again!

Part of my entire glass panel roof on my car is polycarbonate. It’s maybe 8 inches by 46 inches and the sun has eaten the top layer so it’s peeled and stress cracked like headlights can get. The rest of the roof is like new because it’s real tempered glass. I tried to buff the top layer out then wet sanded it with 220, 400, 1000, then 2000 and then compound followed by polish. It was better but not perfect. I thought I’d try vinyl wrap and ordered 12” by 60” in both satin and gloss. The gloss was a 95% match to the glass tint so I put it in with a plastic squeegee and a hair dryer. Hair dryer sucked so that’s not the way to go in anyone’s future…..but the vinyl itself went on very easily and the sun heat helped smooth it out. I’m such a newb at this that I didn’t even know the vinyl has a clear protective coating on the top layer and only realized that after the sun heat was bubbling and lifting it up! Once I removed that top layer coating- peeled right off like a clear tape- the result was awesome. Could have saved 8 hours of sanding and buffing, the price of rubbing compound and polish and had a much better result by spending the $15 ish dollars to do it wayyyyyy easier and with a great result. Highly recommended Great stuff even a total newb can figure out. Heat is the real assit in getting it right once placed correctly with some pressure. :)

The glue on this vinyl is a joke. Doesn’t stick at all.
