This really works! Love the look, but missing parts!
I ordered this band because it said it would help with inflammation from various activities not just golf. It also said it would help promote healing due to the magnets in the bracelet. I like that this band is adjustable and it feels good on my wrist. It also looks nicely on my wrist. The only thing is the band I received did not have any of those little bands that help tuck in the extra strap. Perhaps this was used and returned, so that would be why it would be missing its parts. I looked at some of the other reviews and it does look like other bracelets that were shipped come with these. So it just looks like for some reason the package I received did not include them. The strap is rather long, so I would prefer to have these to tuck it in versus trying to bend the band inside the bracelet. As for the benefits, my knee was hurting prior to wearing this bracelet and within a few hours it feels much better. I was gardening yesterday and after that I felt like my knee and some muscles were sore. I think that this bracelet really helped. So overall, I really like the look of this bracelet and I think it does have a good functionality to help with inflammation and healing. I just wish I had those bands to keep the end of the bracelet tucked in on mine.

If anything, it is a stylish bracelet that goes with pretty much just about anything. I am not sure if it is doing anything to help my body, but it looks great, and is comfortable for wearing daily.
