Can i take a shower or bath or sleep with them and also go braless with them on i never had a set of breast forms that you can do that

You cant bathe or shower in them but with medical adhesive u can sleep in them and go braless since they do not look real enough to wear a low cut top braless id recommend you wear a nice t shirt or blouse

Can you remove the liner covering the nipples also so they can bounce and look more real?

not advisible as the silicone is quite slicky and makes a mess

silicone... outer shell last about 2 years if care is taken.
