LytePow Electrolyte Powder and LyteShow Electrolyte Supplement

Only electrolyte solution I use, this set is amazing for travel and kept me going during a vacation with a long car ride and lots of walking. Good for those with POTS/electrolyte issues. No taste, fits in your purse or bag!

After only 3 servings over the course if 2 days, this product gave me diarrhea and gastrointestinal distress. There must be undeclared allergens or contaminants, because I should be fine with what us labeled.

LyteShow was rated as the best electrolytes in 2019 by "The HealthBeat" website. I can't include the web address here but you can easily find it. I have taken a LOT of various electrolyte mixes and drinks over the years because I play competitive tennis (singles and doubles) especially during the summer here in the Deep South. It gets brutally hot and humid and I sweat like a horse when playing. Because of that I lose tremendous amounts of electrolytes and if I don't keep them replaced I get weak, shaky my heartbeat acts weird sometimes and I can get cramps. For the past couple of years I've been doubling the powdered electrolyte mixes and adding extra table salt and sugar which seem to help me considerably to stay hydrated and energized. When I saw the Lyteline Extreme Hydration Bundle on my list of items I could review I definitely wanted to try it. It's not hot here yet, and the virus that has everyone sequestered at home has cancelled all my tennis matches which really sux. So, I don't have any opportunity to try these electrolytes in a highly competitive situation but looking at the contents they seem to have all that I require except for sugar. I like the various ways they come in - pills, powder and liquid so you have a choice of a preferred way of taking them. They seem to be very highly rated by those who have used them and as soon as I am on the courts again this summer I will be using them and updating this review if necessary.
