I am on my forth tube of this particular formula and find the it has assisted in the relief of joint pains through out the body. Pulver mixes very very will in hot beverages such as Ribena, Tea or Coffee. I wlll certainly continue to purchase. A good buy had happy to report not the only good formula out there.

On New Years Day I started intermittent fasting on a 16/8 basis. My first meal is at 12pm and last meal at 8pm. At 7am when I got up to go to the gym I felt like I needed some food to get me through the workout but due to my fast I couldn’t. Hence my research into MCT’s. I found this supplement fulfilled my needs. I’ve been taking 10g prior to my workout and have found this gives me the edge I needed in my workout yet it allows me to remain in my fast TIL 12pm. I’ve found if you mix the powder into a paste with a small amount of water it then mixes well with my coffee. My black coffee now becomes a creamy white coffee. The bonus with this product is the added collagen which I’m hoping will help heal my tennis elbow.
