Very sturdy case
So I got the case and put it on my XSmax. This case seems to be made very well. It is sturdy and fits on the phone nice and snug. It covers the the buttons on the sides of the phone but lines up well so the buttons still work fine. The ringer shut off switch is open and is easy to turn your ringer on and off compared to others I’ve had. I don’t plan on testing out the drop durability lol but seems like it will protect the phone very well. Would recommend.

A durable rugged good grip case
Was excited getting my new iPhone XS Max and needed to protect it quick and wanted to make sure I had ample protection for this costly phone. The case fits like a snug glove. Once it’s in, it’s in. Removed it once and it’s a little tough to remove it but I think it’s because it keeps the back side of the phone dust free. The clear plastic on the backside is durable but not scratch proof as I have some light scratches after some use.The black rubber surround is rugged and has slotted ridges for good grip. Placed face down is good as it has good clearance of the screen so no harm there. The button overlay works good but it’s a little sensitive , especially the right side button as I’ve taken quite a few unintentional screen shots because of this. I am happy with the case as it’s truely a quality product and very protective with good feel.

Great protective case!
This military, high grade casing does what it promises - providing high quality protection to my iPhone xs max. It is easy to put on and relatively easy to slide off. The instructions state that pushing through the camera hole is the easiest way to remove the case. The only drawback is it doesn’t work with one of my car wireless charger. Another point is it doesn’t feel bulky for a military case.

Functionally and aesthetically pleasing.
I was asked by another one of my friends to give my thoughts on this product. The clear back of the case actually looks pretty cool and it doesn't obscure the aesthetic designs of the phone it's meant for as much as regular ones. The grip is soft and comfortable on the hands while the frame is durable enough to withstand impacts from dropping it. It advertised that it's compatible with wireless chargers, but I don't have one, so I haven't tested that. If you want your iPhone XS to look like it has a clear protective shield on it, this might be a good buy for you.
