Very interesting. I bought this book to help in raising bugs for my chickens and it helped.

I was really hoping for a more in depth discussion of the topic.This wasn't it although it does cover the basics and has some interesting side bars.

My friend is an insect eating lover and he convinced me to try it so I decided I would. Bought the book and I was very surprised about the goodness there is in insects. Everything clearly explained. I am replacing my biscuits with cockroaches! Give it a try!

The book is small format with large fonts, overall, text you would read in an hour. It mostly contains information on nutritional values of insects, how much they cost and where you could buy them, and how much it costs to grow insects. Mostly unusable bunch of information you can find on the internet. Not worth the money!

I like the book, the recipes - but I think it is a tad too short. Other then that, it is very good reading.
