Good taste, good nutrition, convenient
My toddler loves these -- I give them to her when I don't feel like making our usual morning smoothie. She asks for them at least daily, though. I've actually had one or two if I'm super busy too, although I'd never admit to eating a pouch as a grown adult. I love that it's easy nutrition I can throw in my bag. They aren't cheap, but I will invest in my health any day of the week.

I love them!
These Noka smoothies are so delicious. I struggle to get enough fiber every day and these are such a big help with that. I can have a pouch for breakfast and throughout the day. Sometimes I eat them as dessert. They are not cheap but with all organic ingredients that is to be expected. They don’t have to be refrigerated which is also super convenient. These have really been a game-changer for healthy eating and fiber intake. Blueberry Vanilla is my favorite but I like all the flavors, including the ones with ingredients I don’t typically like, like coconut and sweet potato, somehow they found a way to make each flavor delicious.

They are delicious
We like the flavor of the smoothie and the quality of it is quite good. They are great for snacking or as meal replacement. They are big enough for one person and are super easy to open even for kids.

Great tasting and good for you!
These pouches are great tasting and very good for you. Was looking for something to snack on that had great ingredients. After trying many brands, finally settled on this. It’s a great tasting applesauce that I can stick in my purse when I’m on the go for a healthy snack.

no added sugar treat for kids!
it is a rare thing to find a treat for kids with no added sugar. this is the first squeezie my son has had in his 6 years of life. he liked it! of course its all fruit so it is sweet but it makes a good treat! the cost is a bit hight so looking for coupons is definitely worth it. tastes great!
