How much zinc are in these?

I suspect you are looking for a source of zinc for cov-19. The box does not give the amount. They are to be taken every 2-3 hours for sore throats. My wife and I also take Airborne chewables which have 8mg of zinc sulfate.

what type of zinc is in these?

I don’t know. Only know it works if you take it at first sign off a cold

Should you use only lozenges or only the spray, or can/should you use both at the same time?

I personally only use the lozenges

Why is this twice as much as you can get it at walmart, cvs, etc?

Price gouging due to the pandemic. I will buy this from local stores.
