The other day I came across these funny looking bands on Amazon. They are finger stretchers and hand exercisers. The first thing I wondered was.. will this help with my carpal tunnel?? I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel back in 2014. My man says I just have b**ch made hands 😂😂😂 i decided to give these a try!I decided to use these rubber bands for a resistance exercise. Resistance rubber bands help build strength in your flexor tendons. I can definitely see an improvement! The pink band is the lightest resistance, and it was a little too straining at first. Now I can use the green medium resistance band ❤️As I was doing my research on these i found it helps numerous issues! From Joint Pain, Elbow Pains, Anxiety and even Arthritis!

I've been dealing with tendonitis (De Quervains) in my forearms / wrist / thumb in both hands for about two years. I've been trying to eliminate the pain the whole time, and realized I hadn't been doing much to correct the issue with strengthening. I sit at a desk and type for a living, so it makes sense that my hands have gotten very weak over time. After using these for about a month, just on the pink band, I've noticed my pain starting to disappear. My joints feel stronger, and I've been able to use the green band every now and then. Soon I should be able to switch over to only using the green band. I'm excited to see my pain starting to go away after using these bands. Kids love these! I work at a summer camp and for the first month I wore one on my wrist everyday. I would show the youngsters entering 3rd-6th grade how it works and let them use it for a time before returning it to me. If another kid wants to use it they are pretty good about sharing it. If you think the kids might have issues with that or it's not the best time to have their attention stolen away from an activity- have them return it to you. You can then give the next student the chance to use it who is requesting to "see it" rather than believing that they are ready to share it among themselves.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I got my order of these the other day and am in love! I am just recovering from a lumbrical injury in my left hand that I got at work. So I was looking for something that would help me stretch and loosen rather than just build muscles more. So I grabbed these babies and went to work! My hand is starting to feel pretty good and I have only been back to work 3 days. I am so excited! Higly recommend. Glad I got two sets so I can work both hands at the same time.

The product works nicely, but the finger holes are too large for my hand. Even though the pink one is the least resistant it still works out your hand. The material is like a jelly rubber that's pretty sticky. When I pulled it out of the box dog hair immediately tuck to it. When I used this product the first time I started out with the pink one, lowest resistance, and I could really feel the workout through my metacarpals. Make sure you follow the directions on the back of the box for proper use.

Great quality. My boyfriend is a guitarist and needs to stretch his hands out. This was exactly what he was looking for.

I am a special education social worker serving students with a variety of educational disabilities in grades 1-8. This product is great for students who need to have a fidget during instructional time. The student is able to put it on their hand and engage in movement and recieve sensory feedback without distracting other members of the class. Unlike stress balls, they cannot be popped and there is little to no temptation to throw them in the air. I would recommend this product for teachers, students and parents.

the light tension one broke in a week. The heavy tension one is very stiff. overall its a decent product, but dont expect it to last a long time.
