Although this case is very pretty, and well made, it caused me 3 months of problems with my new Galaxy S9. After several trips to the shop, and many calls to customer service, and tech support I finally figured out that the case was causing the problems! In the photos you will see that this case has 3 openings for the camera, and sensor, as opposed to the new one that has 1 large opening. The sensor was being obstructed, which caused all my problems. I bought a new one ( pink in the photos) with one large opening, and viola! No more problems. Who would have thought that the case could cause so much trouble? No more scratchy, broken conversations, dropped calls, or black screen!

Even with proper instalation this case makes the Samsungs S9's excellent speaker sound like a tin can, complete with audible buzzing. If you care about sound quality from your main speaker at all, this is not the case for you. Honestly amazed no else seems to mention it, even the cases instructions say it is a known feature. The screen seems protective but flimsy, would likely not protect the glass if struck directly. The instructions also say there is incompatability with glass screen gaurds, so no compensation for the flimsy screen gaurd.The teal case was also a much darker and a far less hip color than that pictured. Out of the box the side buttons all require significant effort to push, this may or may not ease up after some use.Edit: also masks incomming audio when recording making all but the most overt sound audible.

I only gave 3 stars because no matter how high I put the volume my phone is not as loud as it should be. The description did say that this could be a problem, well it is. I also feel the case scratched too easily, I had a case from 2 years ago that was barely scratched. So far it's doing its job protecting my phone but it's not the best case I've had. I wish it was cause I do like it.

I love the color and the case definitely seems to protect my phone. Unfortunately, the screen scratches up fairly easily. Since it is waterproof, it also makes the sound muffled. I have taken to opening the charging cover to better hear people and so they can hear me. The stand doesn't really work well. I did contact their customer service and they quite responsive.

liked color liked style.couldnt figure what the metal plug is nor the plastic opener..lol.i really finally got it together and my brandson says well u cant use it as theback isnt clear as i have a charger where u just place phone on it. otherwise im using it with old style plug...i think companys should mention u need a clear back part of case to use new charger type. i noticed not one company did so .

This case is great! I tested it before I put my phone in it and it really is waterproof. The case was very easy to put on if you follow the instructions. It is lightweight but feels sturdy at the same time. It also works with my wireless charger perfectly. This is a great case for a great price and I would buy it again.

I've been using my case for months now. When I first got the case I put it to the test. I put the case together without my phone inside and took it in the bath tub with me and held it underwater for about 5 min. NO WATER GOT INSIDE! I was amazed. The finger print sensor works very well on it, I never have issues. The only think i will say bad about the case is that if you dont fit your phone in JUST RIGHT you cant hear the other person on the other end. I was able to get my phone in just right so I do not have that problem anymore.

Do not buy this phone case I accidentally dropped my phone on my tile floor not far from the ground. I noticed my phone case was coming off so I took the phone case off to check my phone. And the whole back of my phone is cracked. I haven't had this phone case for a year yet. And now I have a cracked phone. Spend the extra money on buying an otterbox.
