What solves an on and off problem?

Hello, it has a self-reset function. When the current exceeds the rated current, it will break the circuit. When the current is within the proper range, it will reset itself, allowing the circuit to communicate.

How is this relay reset? I think I may have caused it to trip.

There isn’t one. It’s one and done.

Can i use this with 24v battery?

The manufacture would not recommend it but I have used it on DC applications for 12 volt water pump that runs 8 hours a day for a pond with no issues to prevent overheating

My daughters ride on truck kept shutting off when going through grass. Replaced the one that came with the car, a lot more power goes through but still shuts when it needs to save the motor, good product.
