So impressed, I bought two (yes, really)
I have used many, many, air cleaners, including the BlueAir and RabbitAir series, and this is without a doubt at the top of its game. It has the latest: quieter air flow from a more efficient system and larger diameter fan, (but still uses HEPA), and exudes quality. None of those cheap loose cardboard filters, these filters actually have seals that fit tightly to the body. The best part about this is that LG made these filters to be re-usable almost indefinitely. You can vacuum the pre-filter and the rest of the filters, and you can *wash* them as well! Never heard that before? There's a reason: standard HEPA technology will grow bacteria if you ever try to wash it, as will cheap department store varieties. The only filter that cannot be washed is an ultra-thin one which I believe is germicidal in nature. If you washed it, it would probably fall apart from being so thin. They include an extra one of these though, and you can lightly vacuum it.This also has a germ-killing mode that uses an internally contained ion generator (no black walls or ozone), carbon filtration, etc. It covers around 1400-1600 sq. ft, leaving the rest of the office clean for my coworkers as well. It even keeps up with the office A/C, which notoriously spews out nasty mildew spores. Now I don't even notice it. There is an odor and a dust sensor on it, and a mode which will automatically adjust the speed depending on the air quality. There are numerous other features as well, including a remote control, etc.Drawbacks: Yes, there is one. The front panel's buttons are all labeled in Hangul (Korean) except the ON/OFF button. Is it a big deal? Nope. Just open the manual and read in English what each button is for, and you are good to go. Price? Yes, it's a bit expensive, but if you've looked at other premium air cleaners with similar tech (odor/dust sensors, automatic option, germ-killing mode, ultra quiet for the bedroom, large capacity, re-usable, washable filters, remote control, easy access (no screwdrivers), honey-comb carbon filter, etc), the price is actually comparable.Oh, did I mention it's beautiful and stylish? You can't see it from these pictures, but there is a subtle metallic floral pattern that reflects in the light. If you need the wife-acceptance-factor to place an air cleaner, this one has that too.

Misleading
Everything on this unit is in Japanese - including the LCD readout and the remote. There is no indicator of this in the description. It's a good looking unit but it's inoperable to anyon who can't read Japanese.

Description here is wrong
The area coverage of this purifier is not 463 sq ft as indicated. That's closer to their step down model. This model rather covers large rooms (1400-1600 sqft)On a review topic, this purifier is certainly at top of best looking purifiers out there.
