A good instant espresso
It’s a very good espresso even though it is instant.

My Little "Dynamite"
I love this instant coffee. I use it when my regular coffee is not strong enough, to enhance the flavor and strength. I call it “Dynamite” because it is very strong. I highly recommend this product. A+

Another Solid Instant Espresso to Love
Ferrara is a very good instant espresso with a solid, hearty flavor; deep and rich. I have become very fond of enjoying espresso after dinner and gave up my machine many years ago as too complicated and too much work. Have Butternut, Cafe Bustelo and 365 by Whole Foods Market brands on hand now and they all are worthy. This one is a bit pricey but does a produce a nice cupa.

Mixes REALLY easily, even in ice water!
I love this product… People can’t taste the difference (although obviously it’s a far cry from esspressed coffee, due to the absence of the crema) between this and brewed coffee. it’s a breeze, especially on the road, to not have to deal with grounds. As the title said, it mixes without even needing a spoon in any temperature of water, including sprinkled on top of ice water!

Sooo Easy For A Very Tasty Cup Of Coffee
I originally bought this as a lightweight, flavorful coffee for backpacking. I test trail foods at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the good flavor, which is strong and aromatic, as espresso should be. I find myself using it for a small cup of coffee, for a quick cup of coffee, or when I am just too lazy to use one of the several espresso pots I own. In fact, I have used almost 2 jars of this instant coffee, without having ever set foot on a trail. I guess you could say I like it a lot. I have used other brands of instant espresso, and Ferrara is a good choice for me. I would suggest to try a jar, and judge by your own taste. Taste varies. I have used Ferrara in concocting coffee liquor, and it worked well, with plenty of flavor. It is not an excessively dark roast flavor, but neither is it a thin, acidic, wimpy flavor. It is a strong, good flavor. Like most instant coffees, this one will take water out of the air. If spilled, there will be a spot of coffee on the counter. I drink a lot of coffee, so going solid has not been a problem for me. I have had an opened jar, closed tightly, for about 2 months with no problem, here in Florida with high humidity. For longer storage, I would keep it in the freezer or at least the fridge.
