I am a woman and wear a 9 1/2 size shoe. My second toe is beginning to cross over the big toe on both feet. I first bought the size small to keep them separated. Looked good but very tight and hard to put on. Then bought the large and sent back. Way too big. Then tried medium which slips on easily but moves around because there is no tension. So now I happily use the small and have found an easy way to slip them on. I turn them inside out and they slip on very easily. Then I just rolled them so they are on correctly, gel side down. You can also add powder when they are inside out and that makes the adjustment after they are on even easier. Anyway, I love this product especially now that I can slid them on easily.

These things are good for anyone who has a problem with chafing of the toes. They are good for anyone who has had hallux fusion surgery on their feet. These tubes prevent chafing between the hallux (big toe) and the number two toe next to it. It also helps if you also wear big-toe socks or "Tabi socks" if you want to walk a long distance without experiencing pain. To use them, you cut a length of about 3/4" (20mm), and to get them on your toes easily, it helps if you put a tiny amount of Vaseline inside. Then they will slide easily into place on your toes.

There are other products such as it’s already cut. I preferred cut this to fit my toes, but I can’t tell you that product was not drying.I can’t tell you about other products, because despite both letters, saying, I cannot get to the mailbox, “please do not put inside the mailbox” so it’s incredibly frustrating and impossible for me to retrieve within a decent amount of time and what so incredible today is… the he person who delivered it, put it in my mailbox and it’s informed me right underneath the instructions of not to do that😳🤷🏻‍♀️

These are great to protect a toes. Their painful to wear at first so wear them a little bit each day. Their great to protect your toes from rubbing on too shoes.

These were the same quality as what the podiatrist supplied to my roommate. She didn't get charged for the several pieces he gave her, so she had to find her own. Said they were just as good and they shipped fast.
