Pink Platinum Little Girls' Polka Hearts Trench Rain Jacket

This jacket is just as adorable as pictured and we're told how cute it is from other moms and caregivers wherever my daughter and I go. She is 2 1/2 and loves to wear her "new raincoat." I give it 5 stars for fashion. However, as a rain coat it's just okay. The fabric repels small amounts of water and will keep her dry in a light rain but anything more and it becomes saturated leaving her wet and cold. The large, heart-shaped buttons are likewise adorable but not the best for a toddler's jacket. Unlike zippers or snaps it's impossible for a very young child to button or unbutton the jacket herself requiring a caregiver to use both hands to aid her in putting it on and taking it off. This is less than ideal when leaving for, or coming home from a busy day with arms loaded with all one needs with a toddler in-tow. If you're searching for a cute, lightweight jacket and you don't mind doing up the buttons yourself, this is worth the money. But if you want a toddler-friendly rain coat to keep her dry in a storm, keep looking.

I thought the pink coat was cute, more for 3 year old and under in my opinion, however my 5 year old daughter thought it was cute and wants to keep it.The jacket is shorter than I imagined for a 5/6 and my daughter is not tall for her age. She's average if not on the petite side. It also has some loose threads straight out of the box and the buttons seem very difficult if a child insists on doing the buttons without help. I'm afraid we'd have lots of lost buttons if I sent her to school in this jacket. It will be returned and I will not be purchasing another size. If you're looking for a cheap but cute coat this is great for you. If you want a coat to last an entire season you may want to consider another coat but I definitely recommend sizing up if your child grows quickly.

It's an adorable jacket and my daughter loves it. It is pretty lightweight so definitely not for really chilly spring or fall days. It fits a bit on the small side. My only complaint is that my daughter has a bit of a hard time with the buttons.

So cute on a 4 yr old girl but the buttons are difficult to manage for a child. Runs small - a size 5/6 fits a 38 pound ,41 inch girl who normally wears a toddler size 4 (and sometimes size 5) . Lightweight- probably not waterproof for a heavy rain. Many compliments on appearance/style.

I flippin love this rain jacket. I bought it for my 2 year-old daughter, as a nice spring time jacket, instead of the fleece Columbia one she wears all winter. It is adorable, it fits great, and it offers protection from the rainy, windy weather. The bow in the front is really cute, but the best part is that it is actually sewn in, and there's a button behind it. So, it has the cute look of a belt, without the hassle of trying to keep it tied, etc.

This rain jacket is so cute with the small black hearts on it. The hood is great to cover my little one from the rain. The only thing that I wish was different is that i wish it had a zipper instead of buttons.

This is an adorable jacket, and I love all the details with the built-in bow, hearts, ruffles on the sleeves and bottom, and pink-lined (optional) hood. It is extremely well-made which makes this purchase a fantastic deal. It was given as a gift to a 3 year-old. She loved it so much that she wanted to wear it when it was still snowing out. We had to settle for wearing it indoors until the first nice day. Fit true to size and washes well. Excellent purchase!

It is a darling jacket. I marked it down because the shipment was delayed. And the coat was soiled. I can understand delays, but you should compensate me when I pay for shipping. It is adorable. Beware of the flower buttons, cute but child may need adult assistance.
