Not sure I would describe them as chewable. A bit like saying ice cream is spreadable. They dissolved before I could chew them. That said not chalky like others and they taste great. Certainly do the job and good value. Came with a long shelf life too which was excellent. I will buy again.

I always keep a tub in my gymn bag and bike bag . Just occasionally I might overdo things or have missed a meal and these tabs just push me through with a quick energy lift . Also a really lovely flavour to suck ! I always go for the berry flavours , prefer to orange but that’s also nice.. Definitely worth keeping with you .
